Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Staff at St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School Malabar attend a staff spirituality retreat each year.
This is coupled with other spiritual formation opportunities to help develop their own faith as well as develop the ability to pass the Catholic Tradition to our students.
